Engraving Policy and Guidelines
Engraving is available on a select range of products. To request an engraving, please follow the instructions provided on each product page. Please note that we reserve the right to decline any engraving request that includes offensive, illegal, or inappropriate language, or that violates our policies. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the text and selecting the correct size for your engraving. Please be aware that personalized products with engravings cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
We kindly ask you to consider that, in the case of orders of products personalized with engravings, the time indicated in the Shipping and Refund section may require an extension of up to 5 working days. The present conditions shall be considered as supplementary to the Terms and conditions of sale.

REDAM offers the following payment options:
- Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, and Maestro-enabled debit cards. The total order amount will be charged to your card when your order is shipped.
- PayPal: Shop easily without needing to enter your credit card details. Your PayPal account will be charged once your order is finalized. To create a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
- Klarna: Split your payment into 3 interest-free installments. The first payment is due when your order ships, and the remaining two will be charged every 30 days to your chosen debit or credit card.
- Google Pay: A quick, easy, and secure way to pay using the information stored in your Google account.
- Apple Pay: Make cashless payments from your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac using the debit or credit card in your Apple Wallet

How we measure our rings
The fit of a ring varies according to its design. More or less as happens with clothing and footwear.
The fit refers to a ring's adaptability and closeness to the finger, and, regardless of size, can be defined as follows:
Standard: close to the finger's actual size. The size matches the measured size.
Tight: tends to resist when coming off. It may be necessary to size up.
Loose: leaves space between the finger and the ring, may be too loose. It may be necessary to size down.

What’s Excluded from Certification?
Please note that colored diamonds (e.g., yellow, blue, pink) are not included in our certification for round diamonds starting from 0.30ct.
