- Verify your information is correct and complete the payment.

As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The card is charged right after the fraud and bank check.
REDAM guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your credit card statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order and which will be released; the second confirms the actual charge.
The amount paid may be lower if one or more items are not available at the time the order is dispatched. The charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipping tracking information. By clicking on the tracking number sent in the email, you will be able to check the delivery status of your order.
For security reasons, we do not allow the rerouting of the packages. For orders requiring signature upon delivery, the courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will go back to our warehouse and your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalized and engraved pieces).

Returns & Exchanges

Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Service team.
Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be cancelled. However, you can return your order online (except personalized orders).
You may return a REDAM piece that you purchased online for a refund, within 30 days from the date of delivery (except personalized orders).
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order online.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
Please make sure that your return meets the following conditions:
- The security tag has not been removed if your REDAM piece was sent with one.
- The piece is in perfect condition in its original packaging.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned.
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
No, but you can return your initial order (except personalized orders) and place a new one.
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
All returned items must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the results. It may take up to 21 business days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.
For tax compliance reasons, each return is to be processed individually and shipped to its address as indicated on the return label you will receive from the customer Service once the return is requested online.
We strongly discourage the use of a different courier than the one that delivered the parcel.

While browsing our website, a “Personal Engraving” label on the product page will identify creations that can be personalized. Once on the product page, enter the engraving text to make it your own. Note that personalized items cannot be returned.

Care Services

Engraving is an exclusive service available for selected jewelry creations, accessible on redamjewelry.com. Highly-skilled jewelry makers perform the engraving, taking into consideration technical and feasibility constraints. If you choose to shop at a REDAM store, In case you are shopping on our e-commerce, eligible creations can be identified directly on the product page. Please be aware that we only allow a specific maximum number of characters to be engraved on the product.
The resizing service guarantees the perfect fit of your REDAM jewel, while preserving its original aesthetics and shape. For resizing guidelines regarding each model, we will be glad to assist you. Please note that all requests for adjustments are carefully evaluated for technical feasibility to ensure the highest quality standards
To ensure the enduring splendour of your creation, we advise you to visit an expert for professional guidance on periodic cleaning, which we suggest to perform at least once a year. After a careful inspection of the jewel and according to its characteristics and condition, the expert may recommend cleaning or polishing. Please consider that the polishing service entails the subtle removal of a layer of metal, hence, it should not be performed more than three times in the lifetime of a creation. For jewels in white gold, the polishing service includes rhodium plating, where applicable, to enhance the splendour of the metal. For each service performed, a professional quality inspection ensures that every stone is safely set and that functional parts, such as clasps and safety locks, work properly.

REDAM relies on a comprehensive international network of workshops that adhere to the highest service standards. For any repairs your REDAM jewelry creation may require, you can rely on us. Opting for any unauthorized service exposes your creation to potential damages or irreparable alterations, and also renders the REDAM warranty invalid.
The authenticity of a REDAM JEWELRY creation is exclusively guaranteed if purchased from a REDAM store. At the moment, REDAM does not provide product authentication as a standalone service. Along with your REDAM creation, you will receive the a Warranty & Authenticity Card.
Care instructions

Taking care of your REDAM jewellery will ensure its integrity and shine over time. Most REDAM jewellery can be cleaned regularly using a very soft brush and soapy water (neutral soap without perfume). Rinse them with clean lukewarm water, avoiding any sudden changes in temperature, and gently dry them with a soft and clean microfibre cloth. If your jewellery is enriched with antique coins or pearls, we recommend that you gently clean your creation with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding any contact with water.
Taking care when you wear your REDAM jewelry will help to preserve it over time. Consider removing it before going to sleep, practicing any sport, washing your hands or using corrosive products. Avoid contact with fragrance, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia, chlorine and keep your creation away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes.
When your REDAM jewelry is not being worn, store it in a clean, dry place. To protect your REDAM jewelry from damage or loss, store it individually in its original box or pouch after wearing, as contact with other jewels or hard surfaces may cause scratches. Regarding chains, it is recommended to lay them flat and close the clasp to prevent them from tangling.
If your REDAM jewelry suffers a shock or hit, the stone setting may need to be checked. Avoid forcing clasps, joints and metal frames and be sure to check that the clasp and safety lock close properly. If you have any concerns, you should not wear your jewelry piece until you have had it checked by an expert.
